Do you deliver outside the UK?
Impkids currently delivers to the UK, the Isle of Man, the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands. We can take orders from outside these countries for delivery to these countries.
How much are delivery charges?
All orders of £50 or more are free of charge.
UK, Isle of Man and Channel Islands
For orders under £50.00 we charge £3.25. Orders are dispatched via first class recorded mail and need to be signed for.
Republic of Ireland
For orders under £50 we charge £4.25. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail airmail service.
How long will my delivery take?
If items are in stock, delivery will usually be the next working day after dispatch but please allow around 3-5 working days (5-7 working days to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Please note we don't guarantee these delivery times as this is down to Royal Mail.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. If an item is lost in transit, please contact our customer services team at email@example.com or telephone 020 8672 2391 quoting your order number and full delivery address. Once delivered to you, all risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.

What if the item doesn't fit or I've changed my mind?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt (7 days on sales items) in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in or with their original packaging.Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.This will serve as your security in case your parcel gets lost in the post. Impkids cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.
Children come in all shapes and sizes and there is no such thing as average! Our sizing is based on heightsince we think it is the most reliable size indicator, so we strong recommend you measure your child before ordering. if that's not possible, then buy a size bigger than you would usually go for; they will always grow in to it!
As a rule of thumb, we would describe Villervalla clothing as being slim fit; the cut is long in the leg and the arms and leaner in the body.

Place your baby on his/her back with their head against a wall. Gently straighten their knees and measure the distance from the wall to your baby’s heels. It helps to have another pair of hands to assist!
How do I measure for hats?
Use a fabric tape measure – or use a piece of string and measure afterwards with a ruler. Measure at the largest part of the head – just above the ears and eyebrows. Insert your index finger inside the tape measure to ensure it’s not too tight and there’s room for growth.
How Does It Wash?
What do you mean by environmentally sound and ethically sourced?
Can the clothes be tumble dried?
Most of the clothes are not suitable for tumble drying. Please see the garment label for confirmation.
What do you mean by organic cotton?
This is cotton from non-genetically modified plants that is grown and processed without the use of any synthetic agricultural chemicals such as fertilizers or pesticides.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, we offer a gift wrapping service for just £4.25 extra. Just tick the box on the order form at the checkout stage and we will ensure your package is beautifully gift wrapped for you in tissue and ribbon and packaged in a white gift box.

A wishlist is where you can keep a record of items you like. So you (or someone else) can come back and purchase in future.You can share your wishlist with others to make gift-buying easy. Remember that adding an item to your wishlist doesn’t guarantee it will be in stock at a later time.

Your friend will receive an email message from you with details of the item you’ve recommended and a link to the product page.

Welcome to Impkids. Impkids Limited ("the Company", "we", "Impkids") wants you to be 100% happy every time you purchase from us, so please take the time to read through this section. By placing an order from www.impkids.co.uk ("our website") you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below. These are subject to change at any time, so please read and check you are in agreement before you order. By placing an order, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts and are at least 18 years old.

Price and promotions
Prices are as set out on the website, are in Pounds Sterling and include VAT at the current rate if applicable but not delivery costs (set out below). We reserve the right to alter prices or remove products from the website at any time, but changes in price will not affect orders which have been confirmed (see below). Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period. If you have an offer code to redeem, you must enter it on the basket page before placing your order. Once the order is placed, we cannot amend it. Promotional codes cannot be used with sale items.
We are under no obligation to provide items to you where an incorrect (lower) price was published on the website, even after we have sent you a confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Using our online shop is child's play! Simply add any items you wish to buy to the shopping basket, and then carry on browsing and shopping. When you are ready to purchase, simply click checkout and you will be taken to a secure site to enter your details and payment. Orders can be amended up to the point payment details are submitted.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched (the "transaction confirmation email"). The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the transaction confirmation email and will only relate to those products whose dispatch we have confirmed in that email. We will not be obliged to supply any other products which may have been part of your order until their dispatch has been confirmed in a separate transaction confirmation email.
If any items are shown as out of stock, insert your email address and we will contact you to let you know when they will be available. Your credit or debit card will only be charged when an item has been sent to you, as described above. We will deliver all items that are in stock first and then other items as they arrive. You will only be charged postage once.
We always try to ship all orders within 24 hours, subject to availability. We use Royal Mail to deliver so, if items are in stock, delivery to most parts of the UK will usually be the next working day after dispatch but we always advise you to allow around 3-5 working days (5-7 working days to the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland) but we don't guarantee these delivery times and it may take up to 30 days.
We do not ship to countries other than the United Kingdom, the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. We will accept orders from outside these countries but only for deliveries to these countries. In such cases, your credit card will be charged in Pounds Sterling. Paying for goods
Impkids accepts all major credit cards. We do not store your credit card details on our site and will not charge your card until your items are despatched for delivery. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your card is declined we are not liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay’s utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
Sage Pay uses a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
Sage Pay is PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant to the highest level and maintains regular security audits. They are also regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure that their systems are impenetrable.
Sage Pay is an active member of the PCI Security Standards Council (PCI SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.
In addition, we are approved by Security Metrics, a leading company in ensuring PCI compliance amongst retailers. Security Metrics is the preferred supplier of HSBC Bank.

So when buying through our site, you can be sure that you are completely protected.
Please note that in some cases, we accept orders as agents on behalf of third party sellers. The resulting legal contract is between you and that third party seller, and is subject to the terms and conditions of that third party seller, which they will advise you of directly. You should carefully review their terms and conditions applying to the transaction.
We may also provide links on our site to the websites of other companies, whether affiliated with Impkids or not. We cannot give any undertaking that products you purchase from third party sellers through our site, or from companies to whose website we have provided a link on our site, will be of satisfactory quality, and any such warranties are DISCLAIMED by us absolutely. This DISCLAIMER does not affect your statutory rights against the third party seller. We will notify you when a third party is involved in a transaction, and we may disclose your customer information related to that transaction to the third party seller.
We have made every effort to ensure that colour reproduction of images and product descriptions are as accurate as possible, but please note that slight variations may occur.
If you are buying from us as a consumer (i.e. not in the course of your business), you may cancel any purchase within seven working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. You must inform us in writing that you want to cancel your purchase, but you will entitled to a full refund, as set out below. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been sent, please contact customer services immediately on 020 8672 2391 . If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel delivery and you will need to return the items to us.
Refunds and exchanges
We hope you will be delighted with your purchases. However, if you need to exchange or return an item, please ensure you follow these instructions.
If you return an item because you have cancelled your contract within the seven-day cooling off period as described above, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the goods in full, including the cost of sending them to you. However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
If you return an item for any other reason, it must be returned within 14 days of receipt (seven days on sales items). We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you that you were entitled to a refund. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and we will not refund our delivery charges. However, if goods are returned by you because of a defect, you will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
Regardless of the reason for a return, goods must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in or with their original packaging. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

We warrant to you that any item purchased from us through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied.
Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the items you purchased and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement.
This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.
We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us, including but not limited to loss of income or revenue, loss of profits or contracts, or loss of anticipated savings.
Where you buy any goods from a third party seller through our site, the seller's individual liability will be set out in the seller's terms and conditions.
The Company is the owner of the trademark Impkids. All rights, including copyright, are owned or licensed to the Company. The copy, print or download of any materials for commercial use is prohibited. Extracts can be forwarded to third parties for personal use and recommendations.

Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing. When using our site, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. We may give notice to you at either the e-mail or postal address you provide to us when placing an order, or by posting on our website. Notice will be deemed received and properly served immediately when posted on our website, 24 hours after an e-mail is sent, or three days after the date of posting of any letter. In proving the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that such letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an e-mail, that such e-mail was sent to your specified e-mail address.
Transfer of rights and obligations
The contract between you and us is binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns. You may not transfer, assign, charge or otherwise dispose of any contract with us, or any of your rights or obligations arising under it, without our prior written consent.
We may transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of a contract, or any of our rights or obligations arising under it, at any time during the term of the contract.
Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (force majeure event), which includes any act, event, non-happening, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (without limitation) the following:
(a) Strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action.
(b) Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war.
(c) Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster.
(d) Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport.
(e) Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
(f) The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
Our performance under any contract is deemed to be suspended for the period that the force majeure event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the force majeure event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the contract may be performed, but if the force majeure event continues for a period of 90 days either you or we may cancel the contract by giving written notice to the other party.
If we choose to ignore a breach by you of these terms and conditions on one occasion, we may still take issue with you if you breach the same or any other term or condition after that.
If a court decides that any of these terms and conditions is legally unacceptable or ineffective in whole or in part, that term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.
A person who is not a party to the Contract shall have no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to the benefit of any of these terms and conditions, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The laws of England shall govern any contract between you and us, and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
