How To Order

How do I order online?

The same way you do in a "real" shop.  Add anything you want to buy to your shopping basket by clicking and continue to browse and shop.  You can remove items from your basket at any time before payment.  When you are ready to purchase, simply click on your basket to go to "checkout" and you will be taken to a secure page to enter your details and payment. On receipt of your order we will send you a transaction confirmation email.

Can I order by telephone?

Yes, call us on0208 672 2391 between 0900-1700 hrs Monday-Friday with your credit or debit card details to hand and we will be happy to help.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards.  We regret we cannot take payment by any other method.

How do I know my payment is secure?

Our Payment Service Provider is Sage Pay (formerly Protx) – the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. Sage Pay provides a secure payment gateway (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of online businesses, including ours. What's a promotional code and how do I use it?

From time to time, we use promotional codes to allow customers to benefit from exclusive offers.  If you have an offer code to redeem, you must enter it where shown on the payment page in checkout.  Once the order is placed, we cannot amend it.

Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Customer Services on  0208 672 2391straightaway.  If it has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel the order.  However, if it has already been sent out, we cannot cancel delivery and you will need to return the items to us for a full refund.
