Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes! We offer international delivery.
How much are delivery charges?
UK - FREE! Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's First Class service. At our discretion, we may sometimes send orders using a courier or other service requiring a signature. We will endeavour to inform you beforehand if this is the case. Orders worth over £50 are dispatched via Royal Mail's First Class Signed For service or courier service and will require a signature from the recipient.
Europe - £8. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For airmail service and a signature is required from the recipient. Applies to orders of 2kg or less. Orders weighing over 2kg will be subject to an additional charge and we will contact you about this if it applies to your order. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The Americas, Middle East, Africa, Far East and S.E. Asia - £10. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For airmail service and a signature is required from the recipient. Applies to orders of 2kg or less. Orders weighing over 2kg will be subject to an additional charge and we will contact you about this if it applies to your order. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Australia, New Zealand and Singapore - £13. Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail International Signed For airmail service and a signature is required from the recipient. Applies to orders weighing 2kg or less. Orders weighing over 2kg will be subject to an additional charge and we will contact you about this if it applies to your order. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
How long will my delivery take?
If items are in stock, delivery to UK addresses will usually be the next working day after dispatch but please allow around 3-5 working days (5-7 working days to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands and Islands of Scotland). Please note we don't guarantee these delivery times as this is down to Royal Mail.
Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe in 3-5 days but it can take up to 20 days and to the rest of the world in 5-7 days but it can take up to 25 days. Please note these delivery times are not guaranteed and are the responsibility of Royal Mail, not Impkids.
Orders will be sent to the delivery address specified. We cannot be held responsible if this delivery address is incorrect. If an item is lost in transit, please contact our customer services team at firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone 020 8672 2391 quoting your order number and full delivery address. Once delivered to you, all risk of damage to the goods shall pass to you. Ownership of the goods will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due, including delivery charges.
What do I do if I haven't received my delivery?

If an item is dispatched by first class post, we are unable to trace it once it has been dispatched. Royal Mail say that 90% of first class items get there next day; however the remaining 10% take a bit longer. If you don't receive your item within a few days experience has shown that it is most likely to be with a neighbour or at the local post office. In the unlikely event that it hasn't arrived within 15 working days, please email us stating that you have not received it. Please note Royal Mail do not classify items as lost until 15 working days have passed, and therefore we are unable to send replacements out before 15 working days.
What if the item doesn't fit or I've changed my mind?
We want you to be 100% delighted with your purchase, so are happy to offer a refund or exchange if that’s not the case. For exchanges, please contact us first on email@example.com or telephone customer services on 020 8672 2391 to confirm we have the item you want in stock.
Items must be returned within 28 days of receipt (7 days on sales items and items in the Clearance section) in perfect condition, with all tags attached, and in or with their original packaging. Please quote your order number on all correspondence.
We strongly recommend you obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office.This will serve as your security in case your parcel gets lost in the post. Impkids cannot be held liable for returned parcels which are lost or damaged in the post.

Are postage and packing charges refunded for returns?
Postage and packing charges and returns postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty. However, postage and packing is not charged again on exchange orders.
How long will it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original order and will be processed within 30 days.
